Soap Gift From Maine USA

Here I am back from vacation… I took advantage of this and a little left side of the site. But here I am recovering from the rest and come back with a recipe that I liked to… a recipe for soap course !

A few months ago I did a soap for a great opportunity to meet with the ADNS. You can read what it is here. I wanted to make my creation on the theme holidays… I confess that I look forward to mine ! So I started thinking and I immediately thought of a trip I made small in a beautiful region of the United States. Maine ! Beautiful landscapes seaside, small white fences damaged by the wind and sand, colorful houses, blue hydrangeas, the tall grass with the big wooden walkways leading to endless beaches. Images forever etched in my head. We were in the area of ​​Old Orchard Beach… I also remember the huge lobster that my mother's cousin had eaten. I was impressed… Odors are also engraved in my head. The smell of salt, of iode, mixed with flowers and grass… a pure delight olfactory !

So without further ado here's the recipe that I made myself inspired by this beautiful journey…

Coconut oil 25 %
Palm oil bio 25 %
Olive oil 30 %
Rapeseed oil 20 %

Water and soda to recalculate
Greasing to 7 %

The trace :
Cream
Synergy of essential oils 2,5% ( Tea tree, Lemongrass, Geranium rosa, Absolute lemon and benzoin)

Greasing to 5% for dyes

Colorants
Neon green + black coal
Titanium dioxide
Neon Blue - Titanium Dioxide

Difficulty : Conservation : Several months

Traditional method of soap cold
Melt the oils together. Add soda water (not the other) and cool. When both mixtures, water and soda, are room temperature, pour the soda / water in your oil and mix until the appearance of the trace. Add the rest of your ingredients (essential oil, oil, oxide, mica) and pour into your molds. Wait 48 h and unmold your soaps with gloves. Place in a dry place for a minimum of cure 6 weeks.

Presentation
I cut each soap in two and tied a piece of string above. To give a spirit boat. All complemented by a label here as.

What technique of marbling ?
Here I used the technique to the hanger. I put about four hanger at the bottom of my mold, I cast my first two color and walked up slowly each hanger… to give the effect of the tall grass. Then I put the rest of my colorful pasta. Rien de bien compliqué 🙂

What I think
Already a few weeks ago that we use in the shower at home. I must say that I appreciate, it leaves the skin soft and very sweet. I love the smell, flowers and sweet… but hey this is very personal. I wonder what people think that I offered !

Exfoliating face and body "At the heart of the garden"

Avant de prendre du soleil il faut bien préparer la peau. Un soin à ne pas manquer… l’exfoliation. Mais avec la chaleur notre peau à tendance à devenir plus sensible, propice aux rougeurs. Il faut donc un soin doux. Voici une recette vraiment adapté que j’utilise déjà depuis quelques semaines. Je l’aime tellement que je vais m’en refaire tout au long de l’été ! Allez voici donc le dit exfoliant !

30 g gel aloès (soothing and healing)
4 g base lavante (or your favorite formula of surfactants)
1 g bamboo fiber (gentle exfoliator)
1.5 g powder peony (soothing and revitalizing)
2.5 g hv calendula (soothing and healing)
1% Geranium ET (tonic)
2% aromatic extract drops of strawberry
Conservateur aux choix si vous créez votre base lavante vous même ici j’ai utilisé du géogard en faible dose.*

Difficulty : ––Conservation : 1 month —–Capacity : 35 to 37 g

Mélangez tout simplement les ingrédients ensembles et versez dans un pot stérile. Prendre une noix lors de la douche et frottez vous doucement le visage et le corps en faisant des mouvements circulaires. J’aime beaucoup l’odeur du géranium et de la fraise qui se marie très bien.

La plupart des ingrédients se trouve facilement vous pourrez les retrouvez sur ma liste de suppliers.

Note : Make a small test ph… s’il le faut réajustez avec de l’acide lactique. Pour la peau un ph entre 5 and 6 is the ideal.

Milk spray tonic, au marron d'inde !

I am sure of not being alone in suffering at the moment of swollen legs… strong water retention. Bon je prend déjà des tisanes de queue de cerise, of water, less salt and sugar… but how much good care to the end ! There are the brown of india, un principe actif de choix pour faciliter la circulation sanguine. Un extrait que Laurence de chez MaCosmetoPerso mais gentiment envoyé pour me faire découvrir. Franchement pour moi c’est un petit produit de choix pendant cette saison “to heavy legs” !! Voici donc la recette très fraiche et facilement réalisable.

5 g hv macadamia (circulatory)
5 g macerât De Bellis (firming and toning venous)
3 g géliscure (emulsifier)
4 g extract of brown india (activator bloodstream)
33 g geranium hydrosol (tonic)
0.1 g xanthan gum (gelifiant)
3 % following essential oils :
Christe marine (diuretic and against cellulite)
Sage Clary (assistance to circulatory problems)
Grapefruit * (against water retention and cellulite)
0.6 % Geogard

Difficulty : ––Conservation : 1 month —–Capacity : 50 g

Mélangez soigneusement votre hydrolat et la gomme de xanthane jusqu’à formation d’un beau gel. Faites de même pour vos huiles et votre gélisucre. Mélangez ensuite le premier mélange au second graduellement en fouettant bien, si vous avez un mousseur à lait c’est l’idéal. Lorsque votre mélange est bien homogène il ne vous reste qu’à ajouter l’extrait de marron d’inde, vos huiles essentielles et votre conservateur. Versez dans un flacon spray stérile et gardez à l’abri de la chaleur et de la lumière. (the refrigerator is the ideal place clean.)

Unisex solid deodorant

I love the deodorant home Lush. Mais je ne trouve pas toujours pratique de les avoir brut et sans emballage. J’ai donc décidé de m’inspirer de leur recette de déodorant solide et de celle de Songs que j’adore. Ici j’en ai fait très peu, about 15 ml it keeps well and cool of course.

4.5 g sodium bicarbonate (natural deodorant)
4 g beurre de cacao (moisturizer and solidifying)
2.3 g hv macadamia (not carried gras)
2 g or mint geranium hydrosol (tonic and cleansing)
2 g arrow root (matt)
1 g stearic acid (to solidify)
4 gouttes he citron (antibacterial)*
5 gouttes he bergamote (Purifying)*
6 drops aromatic extract of passion fruit
2 vitamin E drops (antioxidant)
0.6% Ecogard (conservative)

Difficulty : ––Conservation : 1 month —–Capacity : 15 g

Melt your butter, vegetable oil, vitamin E, le beurre de cacao et votre acide stéarique au bain marie. Dans un autre bol mélanger l’hydrolat, le bicarbonate de soude et l’arrow root. Lorsque votre premier mélange est bien fondu laisser le refroidir un peu. Lorsque vos huiles sont tiède ajouter votre deuxième mélange et fouetter bien. Add essential oils, l’extrait et le conservateur. Verser dans votre moule et laisser refroidir.

The smell is fantastic mixture of citrus, exoticism and chocolate. I did it for my married but I think that I'm going to bite ^ ^.

Soap and body hair

I made this soap at the beginning of summer, in late June, pour nos vacances en camping et à la plage. Je voulais un savon pratique qui puisse faire corps et cheveux mais aussi avec des propriétés anti moustiques. On sait tous que les moustiques n’aime pas le géranium… cette huile essentielle est aussi très bonne pour les cheveux fragilisé, d’où sont utilité pour des cheveux affecté par le soleil et l’eau de mer. J’ai attendu pour vous le présenter afin d’avoir l’avis de ma famille et le verdict est sans appel… il mousse bien et laisse les cheveux très doux. Here is the recipe !

29 % coconut oil
21 % macadamia huile
19 % olive oil
18 % Baobab oil
13 % beurre de karité

Water and soda to recalculate

The trace :
on sunflower oil lubrication (about 5% I could do more)
Essential oils 4% :
he géranium rosa
he lemon grass
he pamplemousse
he tea tree
Mica pink

INS : just under 158

Difficulty : ––Conservation : several months

Melt the oils together. Add soda water and cool. When both mixtures, water and soda, are room temperature, pour the soda / water in your oil and mix until the appearance of the trace. Wait 48 h and unmold your soaps with gloves, If soaps are sticky place in the freezer a few hours before unmolding (thank you to Keskafée this trick). Place in a dry place for a cure 4 weeks.

I bought this mold there 6 mois car j’adore ce film. Je trouve que le titre va bien avec un produit anti moustique . Un fight club pour faire la guerre aux moustiques !

Homemade mosquito repellent body

What's worse is that spreads the body with a mosquito repellent ! Je déteste les odeurs, l’aspect sur la peau et depuis des années on sait que ce n’est guère bon pour la santé. Voici une recette toute simple que vous pourrez adapter à vos besoin et qui par la même occasion sublimera votre peau. Attention au dosage d’huile essentielle surtout si vous désirez en faire pour vos enfants !! Cette recette sachez le est spécialement formuler pour les adultes.

40 ml of sesame oil
10 ml of neem oil neem (mosquito repellent)
10 ET drops lemongrass (mosquito repellent)
20 gouttes he géranium rosa (mosquito repellent)
6 vitamin E drops (antioxidant)

Difficulty : ––Conservation : 6 month —–Capacity : 50 ml

Mélanger tous les ingrédients ensemble et verser dans un flacon teinté. Cet anti moustique peut se mettre partout sur le corps. Attention par contre au visage car nous trouvons ici une concentration d’huile essentielle à 3%… on préconise une concentration à 2% face.

Vegetable oil neem neem is a natural mosquito repellent cons here I ... by the couple with another oil because its odor is similar to the onion ... what can frankly be also anti human . Sachez qu’avec le mélange ci haut aucune odeur désagréable est présente.

Spray d'ambiance anti moustiques fait maison

C’est la période des vacances et sans doute que certains d’entre vous opterons cette année pour le camping. Quoi de mieux qu’une escapade en nature ! Mais qui dit nature dit aussi petite piqures désagréables… de moustiques ou maringouins comme on dit chez moi 🙂 . Cette année moi même je suis partie en camping et tout ceux qui en ont déjà fait connaissent ce petit bruit, qui sait si bien nous mettre en mode panique… bzzzzzzzz. Alors pas stress je vous propose un petit spray naturel pour décourager ces petites bête d’entrer dans votre havre de paix ! Ce qui est génial en plus… il sent vraiment bon !

48 ml d’alcool 90° ou de vodka
15 gouttes he géranium rosa
10 gouttes he eucalyptus globulus ou de cèdre
10 gouttes he tea tree
10 ET drops lemongrass

Difficulty : ––Conservation : 12 month —–Capacity : 50 ml

Mélanger tout les ingrédients ensemble, verser dans un flacon spray et secouer avant chaque utilisation. Avant de mettre vos sacs de couchage ou tout simplement pour prévenir les petites bêtes de rester dehors, vaporiser ce mélange dans l’air ambiant. Pour moi il a été parfait et tout le monde se régalait de l’odeur.

Trick : Vous n’avez pas toutes les huiles essentielles pour cette recette ? Pas grave, si vous devez en choisir deux, prenez citronnelle et géranium.

Demain une autre recette pratique… une huile anti-moustique pour le corps !

Self tanner tightening effect

Prepare oneself his care and 'add a touch self tanning. Here I made a recipe with tensor effect, for tighter pores, less blackheads, fewer buttons and a good healing. 8 g hv melon or hazel (oils regulatory)
4 g macerate vanilla (for odor)
10 g ester sucre (emulsifier)
12 ml macerate hydroglycerine tepezcohuite (astringent)
15 ml hydrolat tea tree (Purifying)
5 ml of water
or 20 ml of water (instead of 15 ml d'hydrolat et 5 ml water)
1.5 g DHA (Car Tanning)
10 goutes he ciste (tensor)
8 gouttes he géranium (anti-infective)
1 drops of rosemary extract CO2 (antimicrobial)*
2 vitamin E drops
6 drops ECOGARD

Difficulty : —– Conservation : 2 month —–Capacity : 50 ml

Mix your oils with sugar ester. When the mixture is well blended add water, l'hydrolat (room temperature) and extract tepezcohuite. Whisk well until the mixture is creamy. Add the rest of your ingredients , pour into a sterile container and properly sealed.

I find the smell here is quite nice, a green note due to the essential oil of Cistus and slightly sweet.

The dosage of essential oils in this recipe are less than 2 % giving you the opportunity to use it on the face and the body !

*This ingredient is optional, here I added to strengthen the conservation cream. But you can pretty much only use vitamin E as a preservative and Ecogard… or another type of Conservative.

Shampoing "Milkshake aux fruits rouges"

Here is a shampoo that being greedy is a delight to shower and not in the mouth hehe… hum bon un peu de sérieux. Un savoureux mélange de fruits rouges pour les amateurs de baies. Il est fait avec des tensio actifs mais si vous en avez pas à porter de main vous pouvez très bien faire le mélange avec une base lavante neutre.

10 ml d’alpha
8 ml of the beta
4 ml babassu (facilitates the capping)
50 mL hydrolat the Tilleul (strengthening)
32 ml hydrolat cassis (fresh smell)
0.50 ml vegetable glycerine
0.50 hv ml ricin (strengthening)
0.80 ml inulin vegetable (sweetness)
1 ml cranberry powder (antioxidant)
1.20 ml of honey powder (humectant)
15 ml of milk powder
5 phytokératine powder ml (strengthening)
1 tip of guar gum (to gel)
20 gouttes he ylang ylang (tonic)
5 gouttes he géranium (for odor)
1 tip of pink mica (for the color)
15 drops almond extract cherry
20 drops strawberry extract or strawberry (according to taste)
20 raspberry or pomegranate extract drops
0.6 % drops of Geogard 221
8 vitamin E drops

Difficulty : ––Conservation : to determine —–Capacity : 110 ml

Hydrosol in your warm bath, ajouter tous vos ingrédients sauf les tensios actifs. Lorsque le mélange est tiède ajouter vos tensios actif en faisant bien attention de ne pas faire mousser votre mélange. Verser le contenu dans un beau flacon et délectez vous !
