Soap Gift From Maine USA

Here I am back from vacation… I took advantage of this and a little left side of the site. But here I am recovering from the rest and come back with a recipe that I liked to… a recipe for soap course !

A few months ago I did a soap for a great opportunity to meet with the ADNS. You can read what it is here. I wanted to make my creation on the theme holidays… I confess that I look forward to mine ! So I started thinking and I immediately thought of a trip I made small in a beautiful region of the United States. Maine ! Beautiful landscapes seaside, small white fences damaged by the wind and sand, colorful houses, blue hydrangeas, the tall grass with the big wooden walkways leading to endless beaches. Images forever etched in my head. We were in the area of ​​Old Orchard Beach… I also remember the huge lobster that my mother's cousin had eaten. I was impressed… Odors are also engraved in my head. The smell of salt, of iode, mixed with flowers and grass… a pure delight olfactory !

So without further ado here's the recipe that I made myself inspired by this beautiful journey…

Coconut oil 25 %
Palm oil bio 25 %
Olive oil 30 %
Rapeseed oil 20 %

Water and soda to recalculate
Greasing to 7 %

The trace :
Cream
Synergy of essential oils 2,5% ( Tea tree, Lemongrass, Geranium rosa, Absolute lemon and benzoin)

Greasing to 5% for dyes

Colorants
Neon green + black coal
Titanium dioxide
Neon Blue - Titanium Dioxide

Difficulty : Conservation : Several months

Traditional method of soap cold
Melt the oils together. Add soda water (not the other) and cool. When both mixtures, water and soda, are room temperature, pour the soda / water in your oil and mix until the appearance of the trace. Add the rest of your ingredients (essential oil, oil, oxide, mica) and pour into your molds. Wait 48 h and unmold your soaps with gloves. Place in a dry place for a minimum of cure 6 weeks.

Presentation
I cut each soap in two and tied a piece of string above. To give a spirit boat. All complemented by a label here as.

What technique of marbling ?
Here I used the technique to the hanger. I put about four hanger at the bottom of my mold, I cast my first two color and walked up slowly each hanger… to give the effect of the tall grass. Then I put the rest of my colorful pasta. Rien de bien compliqué 🙂

What I think
Already a few weeks ago that we use in the shower at home. I must say that I appreciate, it leaves the skin soft and very sweet. I love the smell, flowers and sweet… but hey this is very personal. I wonder what people think that I offered !

Soap parties in little sparkling !

The last few weeks I really carbureted in soap making. Well yes… the holidays approach and I think that handmade soap makes a wonderful gift. Especially when we did oneself. So I wanted to make very festive know.

When we speak we often think of celebrations with champagne or sparkling I thought it would be nice to give them this key, but hey put champagne in my soap is not yet in my ways !! So I continued my research on the internet and when the fragrance champagne and I we crossed… given that much to this…

HV grape seeds 32 % (well yes a must… champagne… raisin…)
HV coconut 30 %
HV olive 25 %
Palme HV bio 13 %

Water and soda to recalculate
Surgras 7%

Additions to the trace :
Mica noisette + Mica doré
Shiny silver mica food on top
Fragrance champagne

Difficulty : Conservation : Several months

Method of cold saponification :
Always the same for soaps. Melt the oils together. Add soda water (not the other) and cool. When both mixtures, soda + water and oil temperature are 40 ° C, pour the soda water mixture in your oil and mix with a hand blender until the appearance of the trace. Then add the rest of your ingredients (fragrances, oxides and mica) , pour into your molds. Wait 48 h and unmold your soaps with gloves, they cut it if necessary. Place in a dry place for a cure 4 weeks.

Here to create a worse I first put a little mica in my dough. Pay first, add mica, mixed, donate and so on. This is a slight deterioration golden… we do not really see the pictures… it's a shame. I then did the same technique of drawing on my savon Weeds… cutting with a star.

I made it there about four weeks… I will not say how much I look forward to using it ^ ^ !

Minute care against wrinkles

I have worries of wrinkles… I've looked everywhere and niet, nothing that satisfied me in terms of efficiency… ni mon compte de banque d’ailleurs. En mai dernier, je devais partir à l’étranger et bien sur je cherche toujours de petits flacons à emporter. Le gros tube de crème prenait trop de place, je me suis donc fait ce petit roll on et ma foi j’en suis bluffé. En plus il m’a pris exactement deux minutes à réaliser. Je l’applique surtout le soir pour un petit boost !

2 ml hv canneberges (omega 3, 6 and vitamin E)
1.5 hv ml rose musqué
1.5 hv are riz ml
1 drops of vitamin E

Difficulty : ––Conservation : 6 month —–Capacity : 5 ml

Method
Mélangez toutes vos huiles et la vitamine E. Versez dans un flacon roll coloré pour conserver à l’abri de la lumière votre mélange et puis c’est tout !

Use
Passez votre roll on sur le contour de l’œil avec délicatesse. Avec votre doigt massez doucement la région et encore une fois c’est tout.

Verdict
Franchement c’est bien la preuve qu’il est inutile dans la vie de compliquer les choses. Un très bon soin, petit prix et surtout bien efficace. Vous pouvez aussi changer les huiles et rajouter des actifs. C’est bien non ?

Soap “Gingerbread”

In the month of May I am back in my beloved country to visit family and friends. It was a wonderful trip, it had already been three long years since I had not returned. No need to tell you that I was lacking in my native Canada ! Not always easy to live away from his family but good… Ainsi va la vie. To return to our sheep… I had prepared beforehand to give small gifts, I had three different soaps which one I am presenting today.

It is as the name suggests a soap spices. I wanted black with golden yellow. I'm rather pleased with the visual result. The smell when cutting was absolutely delicious… a molasses cake as in my childhood. After his treatment he feels much cloves and molasses. Citrus fruits are harder to keep in soaps. Without delay, So here is my little recipe…

32 % Coconut oil
42% Olive oil
26% Beurre de karité

Water and soda to recalculate

The trace :
3 cs Molasses
2 cc charcoal.
1 cc mica or + yellow ocher (for forms in spirals)
2% Clove oil and grapefruit

Scrub scent of bees

There are some weeks I thought… bon ça y est l’été est là et faut que je mette en état mes jambes. Fini le rasoir et bonjour l’épilateur… big mistake !!! Les épilateurs électrique ont tendance à casser le poils et du coup ça repousse en poils incarnés. Oui je sais pas très joli joli tout ça… d’autant plus que parfois ça fait mal. J’ai donc sorti mes ustensile et les ingrédients que j’avais à porter de main pour me faire un bon gommage. Je me souvenais d’un gommage de chez Body shop que j’aimais beaucoup, j’ai alors voulu le reproduire. Result ? It was perfect ! Je vous propose donc la recette.

4 tablespoons of sugar
2 tablespoons of liquid honey
2 hv tablespoon grapeseed (Feel free to take your favorite oil)
2% ET lemon
6 drops of vitamin E

Optional addition :
1 teaspoon gélisucre (gives an effect milk contact with water)

Difficulty : ––Conservation : 1 month * —Capacity : 120 ml

Vous n’avez qu’à mélanger tous les ingrédients ensemble. Gardez votre gommage dans un flacon stérile et surtout qui ferme bien ! On ne voudrait pas voir les petites fourmis envahir votre salle de bain. 😉

And here… rien de plus facile. Il ne vous reste qu’à l’essayer !

My lipstick comfort

Voici maintenant une recette toute simple pour sublimer vos lèvres tout en leur apportant douceur. Un bon rouge à lèvre qui je trouve tiens plutôt bien sans avoir de sensation sèche ou grasse sur les lèvres. Ben oui qui aime avoir l’impression de porter deux bouts de cartons dans le visage… berk. Donc voici la recette tout simple qui peu très bien aussi se faire sans colorants juste en soin. Il me fait penser au nouveau rouge coco de Chanel.

2 cire g Candelilla
2 hv ml ricin
2 hv ml macadamia (or hazel)
2.5 g of beurre tucuma or cacao
2 vitamin E drops
10 drops aromatic extract (here I put passion fruit)

The color :
0.50 g pasting white (or equivalent hv zinc oxide and castor)**
0.40 ml mica red raisin*
0.40 ml mineral oxide red
0.08 ml mineral oxide blue
0.18 ml mica dessert plum*

* while both found at Alternative Nature
** found in Aromazone

Difficulty : ––Conservation : 3 to 5 month —–Capacity : 12 to 15 ml

Melt the wax, les huiles et la vitamine E ensemble au bain marie. Lorsque le tout est fondu ajouter votre extrait aromatique et vos colorants. Moulez et laissez refroidir au réfrigérateur. A appliquer sans modération 😉

Voici une recette toute simple que j’adore pour fixer mon maquillage de teint et me donner un peu d’éclat. Elle est toute simple à faire et surtout très économique comparer à ce qui se vend dans le commerce.

20 g arrowroot or cornstarch
0.2 g protéine de soie marine en poudre (sweetness) optional
1 peak gloss of mica and / or 1 tip beige mica
5 drops vegetable oil choice
5 drops extract aromatic choice
2 vitamin E drops

Color for a clear complexion :
0.50 ml of yellow ocher
1 ml mineral oxide pink
0.80 ml of rose ocher

Difficulty : ––Conservation : 6month —–Capacity : 22 g

Mix in a coffee grinder, or in another mixer, toutes les poudre et les colorants. Ajouter tout en mixant votre huile végétale, votre extrait aromatique et la vitamine E. Verser le tout dans un poudrier et appliquer au besoin ! Pour adapter cette recette à votre teint jouer avec les colorants. Here I used small spoons in Aromazone of which are perfect for dosing mica, ocre et oxyde avec précision. Si vous n’avez pas cet outil, utiliser la pointe d’un couteau et allez y progressivement pour vos couleurs. Toujours en mixant dans votre moulin et en testant sur votre peau.

Lip Care "kiss Fall"

Depuis que l’automne est finalement à nos portes j’ai les lèvres toutes sèches. Le vent, changes in temperature… tout cela est pour cause dans l’état de celles ci. Voici donc une recette toute simple et terriblement gourmande pour vos lèvres !

2 g Candelilla de cire
4 g hv prune (moisturizing)
2.5 g butter Tucumã (protective)
1 goutte vitamin E
2 ET drops lavender (healing)
10 drops vanilla extract bio

Difficulty : ––Conservation : 3 month —–Capacity : 10 g

Melt your wax, oil and butter together in a water bath, additionner de votre vitamine E. Lorsque le tout est fondue, retirer du feu et ajouter votre extrait de vanille ainsi que votre huile essentielle de lavande fine. Couler rapidement dans un tube. L’odeur de ce baume est exquise… a delight ! Vous pouvez même y ajouter un peu de mica ou d’ultra marine pour le rendre un peu plus glamour.

Butter Tucumã a wonderful smells of cocoa and coffee… a real discovery, I can not do without.

Plum oil in a bitter almond smell is totally intoxicating, it is more antioxidant… then why deprive !

Coffee pulp for body

Voici un petit soin vraiment facile et à la porté de tous. J’en ai utilisé un justement hier et j’avais la peau toute douce à la sortie de la douche. You can even recycled your coffee filter for this treatment… yes yes look…

4 cs of tired coffee
1 cs d’huile d’olive (or another depending on your skin type)
2 tablespoons liquid honey

Vous n’avez qu’à mélanger le tout dans un bol pour avoir une pâte bien ferme. Lors de la douche appliquez cette pâte sur l’ensemble de votre corps. Vous n’aurez qu’un rinçage rapide à faire pour vous débarrasser du marre dans votre bain/douche. Si vous le désirez contenu du fait que ce soin contient 2% d’huile essentielle vous pouvez l’utiliser sur votre visage. Ce soin est fait pour être utilisé immédiatement, it does not keep !

Là non plus on a pas besoin de faire compliqué et surtout on recycle le marre de café du matin !

A cleanser and moisturizer Express

You come back from an evening with friends(is)… and then horror ! More Cleansing ! Pas question de dormir toute maquillé… le look raton laveur c’est pas votre truc. Pas de panique voici une recette toute simple qui se fait en un tour de main. En plus c’est exactement la même recette pour hydrater sa peau !

1 Aloe gel nuts
1 walnuts vegetable oil depending on your skin type

Mélanger le tout au creux de votre main et appliquer sur le visage. Enlever à l’aide d’un coton démaquillant. Ce gel démaquillant peux aussi servir à démaquiller les yeux et comme soin hydratant en remplacement d’une crème de jour.
Before applying it on your face take a test on the elbow, certaines peaux sensibles ne tolère pas le gel d’aloès. Si c’est le cas remplacer celui ci par votre crème habituelle.
