Regenerating and healing care cream !

Ahhh the holidays… it's good ! Mais bouuuu revenir de vacances c’est pas aussi agréable. Le train train quotidien reprend et avec les petits souci de peau. Je me suis donc concocté une petite crème de soin parfaite pour les peaux sensibles ! Avec de bon actifs cicatrisant, hydratant et régénérant. Je l’utilise depuis deux semaines et j’en suis franchement bien contente ! Voici donc la recette toute simple… yes and no need to complicated for it to be effective !

15 macerate tepezcohuite g of macadamia in hv
21.2 g hydrolat hamamélis
10 g gel d'Aloes
2 % following essential oil : purely, * German chamomile and rosewood
2.5 g olivem 1000
1 very small point of green mica (Optional for the visual)
0.6 % Ecogard

Difficulty : ––Conservation : 1 month —–Capacity : 50 g

Au Bain Marie, Melt the Olivem 1000 avec votre macérât. Dans un autre récipient faites réchauffer votre hydrolat et gel d’aloès ensemble. Lorsque votre cire/macérât est bien fondu et les deux phases sont environ à la même température (about 70 ° C.), mélangez les deux phases ensemble en fouettant énergiquement. N’hésitez pas à utiliser un fouet électrique. Laissez le mélange refroidir un peu et ajouter vos huiles essentielles et pour finir votre conservateur. A transférer dans un pot stérile. Pour plus d’effet gardez le au réfrigérateur cela vous procurera un petit effet tenseur et conservera que mieux votre crème.

Cream little geisha

Right now I'm tempted to travel to Asia… I received a wonderful book recently on cosmetics worldwide, je vous en parlerais bientôt d’ailleurs. Je me suis donc fait cette petite crème pour le visage, very soft and if I close my eyes… j’y suis presque 🙂 Ici on retrouve des éléments comme le son de riz, bamboo, Orchid ** and green tea that can help us discover the delights of Asia.

1.6 g olivem 1000
15 g of rice bran oil (antioxidant, soothing and decongestant… an oil fantastic)
30 g hydrolat (depending on your skin type)
2.5 g gel aloès (firming)
1 g green tea extract (antioxidant)
1 g complex orchid (regenerating)
1/4 cc bamboo powder (matt)
4 vitamin E drops
12 gouttes he (depending on your skin type)
0.6 % of Geogard (conservative)

Here to my skin I used mixed :
30 g of rose hydrosol
and essential oils
6 gouttes he citron (photosensitizing ET… Best used in facial evening)
3 gouttes he mandarine (photosensitizing ET… Best used in facial evening)
3 gouttes he teatree

Difficulty : ––Conservation : 1 to 2 month * —–Capacity : 50g

Il faut tout d’abord faire fondre l’olivem avec l’huile additionné de vitamine E au bain marie. Dans un autre bol faites chauffer aussi l’hydrolat. Lorsque vos deux phases ont atteint les 70°C environ… verser l’hydrolat dans la phase huileuse. Fouettez bien jusqu’à consistance homogène. Laissez un peu refroidir et ajoutez le reste de vos ingrédients en terminant par le conservateur. Here… a nice little very light cream… You just have to transfer to a sterile bottle tightly.

*In good hygiene during the creation and preservation (without putting fingers in and cool).
** A species found in many tropical countries and not only in Asia… je précise bien 😉

Remember to test the ph of your products before use to ensure they are in the right slice of ph for your skin and that ideally 24 h après la création. Vous pouvez le faire avec du papier ph… the result will not be extremely accurate but it will give you a good idea anyway.

Soft cream sensitive skin

Ma peau en hiver devient très sensible. Les joues sèches, Zone T ailing… but then how do I deal with all these areas with a single product ?! Bien tout simplement avec un soin très doux… not too fat, or too light, juste de quoi nourrir et adoucir la peau. Non seulement j’adore son odeur mais elle est calmante pour les nerfs et pour la peau ! J’ai une vrai peau de bébé après… fresh… but doucccce ! Here is my little formula.

5 g calendula macerate (anti-inflamatoire)
2.5 g olivem 1000 (emulsifier)
42 g hydrolat the Nard * (calming)
1 tip of xanthan gum (gelling)
0.2 g wax neroli (calming)
12 gts bisabolol (soothing and softening skin)
10 gts of Coenzyme Q10 (anti age, antioxidant)
10 gts aromatic extract of melon
7 gts ET Clementine ** (calming)
4 GTS Lavande fine ha (regulator sebum, calming)
8 Ecogard gts (conservative)
5 gts vitamin E (antioxidant)

Difficulty : ––Conservation : 1 month —–Capacity : 50 g

Melt your Olivem, votre macérât de calendula et la cire de néroli en n’oubliant pas les gouttes de vitamine E. Lorsque le mélange est fondu réservez et dans un autre récipient faite chauffer votre hydrolat. Lorsque les deux mélange sont à même température incorporez votre gomme de xanthane dans votre hydrolat. Fouettez bien jusqu’à une consistance un peu gélatineuse mais pas ferme. Il ne vous reste qu’à verser le liquide gélifié dans votre phase huileuse et fouettez. Lorsque votre crème est bien lisse, let rest a bit and when your mix will add a little warm for the rest of your ingredients ending with the ECOGARD.
Versez le tout dans un flacon pompe bien stérile et garder au frais. Appliquez en massage doux sur l’ensemble du visage. Vous verrez votre peau sera douce comme de la soie !!

* The hydrosol to smell of spikenard very special, très boisé qui a la base ne me plait pas beaucoup mais ici je l’utilise pour ses vertu calmante et détachante. Vous pouvez très bien la remplacer par votre hydrolat préféré… why not orange blossom that would go perfectly with the general flavor.

** Here I used the essential oil denatured of any aspect photosensitizing, vous pouvez la trouvé chez Aromazone. Mais notez bien que toutes les huiles essentielles d’agrumes sont photosensibilisante… so beware if you are in the sun… replace it with another essential oil.

Face and body "apricot & Fishing cream"

Voici une petite douceur pour le corps et le visage. Well yes… parfois on aimerait bien un petit deux en un a emporter en escapade pour un week end. Quelque chose de simple pour dorloter notre peau après des expositions au vent et au soleil. Voici donc une crème douce pour redonner la pêche à votre peau.

8 g hv abricot (revitalizing)
7 g hv coton (sweetness)
2 g Olivem (natural emulsifier)
15 g hydrolat rose (calming)
15 g hydrosol blackcurrant (tonic)
5 g gel d'Aloes (healing)
2.40 ml mare's milk powder (soothing)
1 capsule yeast (rebuilder)
0.50 ml green tea powder (antioxidant)
0.50 ml honey powder or 1/2 cc liquid honey (repairer)
8 gouttes AHA (fruit acid… radiance)
8 gouttes bisabolol (calming)
5 absolute drops of benzoin (healing)
15 aromatic extract fishing drops
15 drops apricot aromatic extract
0.6 % drops ECOGARD (conservative)
4 drops of vitamin E

Difficulty : —– Conservation : 2 month —–Capacity : 50 ml

Mix the oil with the water bath Olivem. Réchauffer doucement vos hydrolats et gel d’aolès dans un autre récipient au bain marie. Hors du feu délayer dans la phase aqueuse ( hydrolat + gel aloes) Your mare's milk powder, votre thé vert en poudre et votre miel en poudre. Lorsque les huiles et l’olivem sont bien fondus ajoutez la phase aqueuse, fouettez bien jusqu’à refroidissement. Add the remaining ingredients. Mix together until the cream is evenly mixed and smooth. Garder cette crème bien au frais.

Torn skin cream

I made this little sweet cream for my property adversely affected by winter skin that shows its face. It is also perfect for evening… comforting !

7 hv ml argan (feeding)
6 ml hv jojoba (rebalancing)
10 ml orange blossom hydrosol (regenerates)
5 ml of chamomile hydrosol (soothes irritation)
5 ml cornflower hydrosol (bracing)
5 g ester sucre
0.7 g bamboo sap (matt)
0.40 ml of pure royal jelly frozen (revitalizing)
5 gouttes he néroli (soothing)
2 ET drops lavender (regenerative)
0.6 % drops ECOGARD
8 vitamin E drops

Mix the oily phase and the sugar ester. When everything is well blended add the aqueous phases with bamboo sap and royal jelly. Mix thoroughly and integrate the remaining ingredients. Keep this sweet cream cool !
The texture of this cream is fantastic… fresh, moisturizing and does not leave a greasy film on the skin.
