Exfoliating face and body "At the heart of the garden"

Avant de prendre du soleil il faut bien préparer la peau. Un soin à ne pas manquer… l’exfoliation. Mais avec la chaleur notre peau à tendance à devenir plus sensible, propice aux rougeurs. Il faut donc un soin doux. Voici une recette vraiment adapté que j’utilise déjà depuis quelques semaines. Je l’aime tellement que je vais m’en refaire tout au long de l’été ! Allez voici donc le dit exfoliant !

30 g gel aloès (soothing and healing)
4 g base lavante (or your favorite formula of surfactants)
1 g bamboo fiber (gentle exfoliator)
1.5 g powder peony (soothing and revitalizing)
2.5 g hv calendula (soothing and healing)
1% Geranium ET (tonic)
2% aromatic extract drops of strawberry
Conservateur aux choix si vous créez votre base lavante vous même ici j’ai utilisé du géogard en faible dose.*

Difficulty : ––Conservation : 1 month —–Capacity : 35 to 37 g

Mélangez tout simplement les ingrédients ensembles et versez dans un pot stérile. Prendre une noix lors de la douche et frottez vous doucement le visage et le corps en faisant des mouvements circulaires. J’aime beaucoup l’odeur du géranium et de la fraise qui se marie très bien.

La plupart des ingrédients se trouve facilement vous pourrez les retrouvez sur ma liste de suppliers.

Note : Make a small test ph… s’il le faut réajustez avec de l’acide lactique. Pour la peau un ph entre 5 and 6 is the ideal.

Deodorant for sensitive skin with silk proteins

With razor burn were often comes to be sensitive armpits. Deodorants are often very itchy and when one wants “good” deodorant it is sometimes difficult to combine sensitive skin and effectiveness. Here is a simple formula, Soft and cuddle your pretty underarm :-D.

2 g beurre de karité (soothing)
2 g apricot butter (emollient)
6.6 g of purple macerate in macadamia oil or calendula macerate
1.5 g stearic acid (consistency)
3 g cire candellila (texturant)
3 % silk protein liquid (fabric softener)
3 drops of vitamin E (antioxidant)
0.85 g white clay (absorbs odors)**
3% following essential oils :
Palmarosa (antibacterial and antifungal)
Small grain (antibacterial)*
2 drops fragrance choices (Here I took Lady Marmalade)

Difficulty : ––Conservation : 1 month —–Capacity : 15 to 17 g

Melt your butter in a bain marie, oil, Vitamin E and your two waxes. When the mixture is completely melted remove and add your clay whisking well. When the mixture is slightly cooled, (but not fixed on the edges) add your drops of silk proteins, your essential oils and fragrance your (if desired). Pour your mixture in a tube applicator quickly adapted. You will find very well in Macosmetoperso.

*If you plan to replace the solar exposures of petitgrain essential oil is photosensitizing (some are the variety… response to the comment of the Blue petitgrain bigarade would not… so do not deprive yourself ^ ^)… by one who is not like lavender or cistus.

**If you have a high sweat can add a little baking soda… but I think in the long run it becomes a little irritating if it is too large quantity. The alum powder is also.

Duo corrector

Voici un petit duo fort pratique… un de la couleur d’une rose tendre et l’autre de ses feuilles !! Vous avez devinez un cache cerne et un cache imperfection. Une recette qui se réalise plus facilement qu’on ne le pense !

0.80 ml beeswax
0.80 cire carnauba (texturant)
6 flocons cire mimosa (film-forming)
0.40 stearic acid (agent de consistance)
1 ml macérât de calendula (Soothing)
1 ml hv abricot (anti âge)
0.6 HV ml Kalahari melon (fermeté)
1.38 ml beurre karité (feeding)
1.70 ml mashing white
1.6 ml arrow root (toucher soyeux)
4 vitamin E drops
1 ET drops rosewood (firming)

Couleur peau :
0.40 ml mineral oxide yellow
0.20 inorganic oxide brown ml
0.48 ml mineral oxide pink

Difficulty : —– Conservation : 3 to 4 month —–Capacity : 2 x 5 ml

Melt shea butter, vegetable oil, stearic acid and waxes all (add a few drops of vitamin E to avoid your rancid oil phase). Lorsque le tout est bien fondu incorporer votre empatage, ensuite la poudre (your base color) sieve, pour éviter les grumeaux. Laisser refroidir un peu et ajouter le , l’huile essentielle de bois de rose. Verser le tout dans un tube à baume ou un petit pot. Ici je l’ai versé dans un tube, should always apply it by tapping gently on the eye contour.

Il vous restera une quantité dans votre bain marie… ajouté doucement environ 0.16 ml d’oxyde vert… un petit 0.08 ml au début puis vérifier la couleur… si elle vous convient n’en rajouter pas plus sinon un petit 0.08 ml de plus. Fouetter bien et verser le contenu dans un autre pot ou tube.

Voilà vous avez votre duo correcteur !

Si vous n’avez pas la possibilité de vous procurer de l’empâtage blanc, ajouter de l’oxyde de zinc avec très peu d’huile de ricin pour la texture… vous devez avoir une pâte bien compact et collante.
