Easy homemade shampoo

Here is a small simple recipe for shampoo making its own without much hassle and with raw materials readily available !

510 ml of hot water ( decoction)
75 g of grated soap, Aleppo here (or 55 g Marseille, castille)*
3 cs of dried flowers
3 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (Purifying)
or lemon juice (light hair)
1 tablespoons oatmeal (sweetness)
1 cc of olive oil (moisturizer) or 1 cc the beurre de karite (moisturizer)
1 tablespoon aloe gel (soothing)
2 Vitamin E capsules
Conservative choice (I use the ECOGARD)
80 drops essential oil of your choice

Possible and optional additions :
1 DC phytokératine (force and effect)
1 teaspoon ground ginger (tonic)
1 cs foam babassu (foamability, less if you have oily hair)
1 cc of liquid honey (humectant)

Difficulty : ––Conservation : 2 weeks —–Capacity : 500 ml

Make a decoction with your plants, either boil for 15 minutes l’eau et les plantes. Lorsque l’eau et les plantes bouillent depuis environ 12 minutes already, ajouter l’avoine et laisser frémir. Attention de bien remuer car le mélange peu monter vite. Filtrer le tout et remettre dans la casserole. You must have 500 ml of liquid.

Add vinegar or lemon, votre savon râpé et remettre sur le feu jusqu’à ce que le savon soit complètement fondu. Si vous utiliser du beurre de karité ajouter le en même temps que le savon. Votre préparation est maintenant prête, pour in a vial glass filter in re.

Add your olive oil (if you do not use shea butter), your aloe gel, your essential oils, la vitamine E et votre conservateur. Si vous utiliser de l’extrait de pépins de pamplemousse vous devez en mettre environ 4 ml or about 80 drops.

And now you have your shampoo, il peut aussi être utilisé comme base pour des gels douche. Si vous trouver la base trop liquide ajouter un gélifiant, Aguar Aguar as xanthan gum or which is in organic stores.
Mix well before each use and keep cool !
*Use less soap if you make the recipe with soap, as it hardens the washing base.

Here are some suggestions of essential oils to your shampoo
blond hair : chamomile, lemon
dark hair : sage, thyme, rosemary
greasy hair : lavender, lemon, palmarosa
dandruff : mint, rosewood, cedar
hair loss : grapefruit, sage, bay St-Thomas, ylang ylang
dry hair : lavender, ylang ylang, small-grain

Here are some ideas of plants for each hair color
Blond hair : Chamomile, Rhubarb root, dried lemon
Red hair : Hibiscus, ginger
Dark Hair : Sage, black tea, rosemary

Hair gel "corkscrew"

My hair is naturally that loop, mais comme la plupart d’entre vous le savez il faut bien soigner ses boucles pour que celles ci soit bien défini. J’ai donc voulu me faire un petit gel doux et satiné pour retrouver de belles boucles !

40 ml of organic chamomile hydrosol (depending on your hair type)
1 ml hv de ricin bio (strengthening)
1 cmoka d'Aloes gel (feeding)
1/2 cc organic agave syrup (maintains aid loops)
10 gouttes he ylang ylang (brightness)
10 gouttes he camomille (blondness)
5 gouttes he citron (tonic)
5 gouttes he pamplemousse (anti chutes)
0.50 ml mica or (according to the color of your hair)
1 good tip guar gum (for gel texture)
15 drops aromatic extract of papaya
10 drops of coconut extract aromatic
0.6 % drops ECOGARD
5 vitamin E drops

Difficulty : —– Conservation : 2 month —–Capacity : 45 ml

Mix the hydrosol, le gel d’aloès et la gomme de guar ensemble jusqu’à l’obtention d’un gel. Ajouter l’huile de ricin, les huiles essentielles et le mica. Incorporer l’Ecogard, la vitamine E et verser le contenu dans un flacon pompe bien hermétique et stérile. Garder votre gel bien au frais. Malgré la présence de sirop d’agave (being there to structure loops) the gel is not sticky at all !!! Le gel donne de belles boucles bien brillantes et souples.

Elixir "Zap" buttons

There is a saying “An apple a day keeps the doctor away”, I'm here to say environmental “A little cider vinegar per day destroys the button forever”. Voici un petit élixir ravageur pour les boutons. Facile à faire il est véritablement essentiel pour les moments ou notre peau décide d’en faire qu’à sa tête. Here is the recipe.

9 ml cider vinegar organic apple (General regenerating)
1 goutte he washes the end (anti infectious)
1 goutte he palmarosa (anti fungal)
1 goutte he géranium rosa (antiseptic)
1 goutte he camomille (calming)
2 vitamin E drops (antioxidant)

Difficulty : ––Conservation : 6 month —–Capacity : 10 ml

Mélanger tous les ingrédients ensemble et verser dans un petit tube roll on. Si vous n’avez pas de tube disponible appliquer le mélange à l’aide d’un coton tige. Celui ci doit être appliquer que sur les boutons et non sur tout le visage. Garder ce mélange à l’abri de la lumière.

Trick : Vous pouvez faire un macérât de vinaigre. Dans ma recette original j’ai fait un macérât de vinaigre de cidre de pommes avec des boutons de rose.

* Recipe for vinegar maceration :
50 g of dried plants
500 ml of cider vinegar or white vinegar
Steep for 10 days in an airtight jar and then filter.

Heart to heart basis

La fête de l’amour va bientot frapper à nos portes. Voici donc une petite recette à consommer à deux pour plus de tendresse ou seule pour un bon moment de détente. Fond dans l’eau du bain ou simplement en massage dans la douche. Sans conséquence pour la ligne !

Pour la coque :
50 g cocoa butter
50 g beurre de kokum
30 g beurre de karité
5 g butter blackcurrant
18 g macerate vanilla
14 g of stearic acid

Pour le cœur fondant :
37 ml de monoï ou hv de coco
1/2 cc d’acide stéarique
0.50 ml of mineral oxide pink
0.18 ml of mineral oxide red
une pincé de brillant à cosmétique
20 gouttes d’extrait aromatique
1 tbsp milk powder (optional)
(ici j’ai fait chocolat et fraise)

Difficulty : —–Conservation : 4 month —–Capacity : 225 g

Faites fondre ensemble les ingrédients pour la coque. Lorsque le tout est fondu laisser reposer quelques instant. Au pinceau appliquer ce mélange dans vos moules, vous devrez le faire couche par couche, l’idéal est d’attendre que le mélange soit un peu pâteux. Lorsque la coque se forme comme sur la photo ci bas mettre le moule au congélateur. Garder la moitié de votre mélange pour la fin.

Faites fondre les ingrédients pour former le cœur fondant. Lorsque l’huile et l’acide stéarique est fondu laisser repose hors du feu. Ajouter les colorants, brilliant, aromatic extract (ou huile essentielle) et le lait en poudre (optional). Mettre le tout au congélateur pour quelques minutes. Après quelques minutes, retirer le bol pour voir une texture grumeleuse, comme un sorbet, mais pas glacé.

Sortez votre moule du congélateur et appliquer le mélange du cœur à l’intérieur de chaque trou de moule. Ne monter pas trop haut sur le bord car vous devrez ensuite appliquer le fond de la coque. Lorsque tout vos moules sont fait, couler le reste de votre première préparation sur le dessus et laisser le tout refroidir.

Démoulez et profiter d’un bon bain tout en douceur. Le cœur fondra tranquillement et laissera échapper son coeur rouge dans votre bain. Garder bien au frais.

Attention à la sortie du bain pour ne pas glisser ! Bonne détente à vous !

Intimate cleansing foam

See you Sunday… misery more intimate cleansing and we desperately needs. Well here's a very light foam for female intimacy that will help you out.

45 ml d'hydrolat the teatree (Purifying)
50 ml of chamomile hydrosol (calming)
4 ml foam babassu
20 drops of bisabolol (fabric softener)
citric acid (to regulate the pH)
0.6 % drops ECOGARD
Ph strip

Difficulty : ––Conservation : 1 to 2 week —–Capacity : 100 ml

Mix the hydrosols, la mousse de babassu et ajouter le bisabolol. Tester le ph de votre mélange avec des bandes a ph, if the mixture is between 4.5 to 5.5, ajouter l’Ecogard. Si votre mélanger est supérieur à 6 gradually add citric acid and rebuilt your test when it is melted to reach the 4.5 to 5.5. Lorsque votre mélange est prêt, rajouter l’Ecogard et verser dans un flacon pompe stérile. Vous pouvez utiliser cette mousse lavante lors de votre toilette intime, n’oubliez pas de bien rincer après usage. Pour plus de précaution garder au frais.

Le tea tree est un très bon allié lors d’inconfort vaginaux. Vous pouvez aussi coupler à des bains de sièges fait d’eau et d’un peu de vinaigre blanc.

Deodorant "feminine freshness"

Here's a deodorant most greedy and sensual. Yes yes a deodorant can be sensual ! It is very feminine and pretty gentle on your armpits ! I really love the deodorant spray, they are practical and non-greasy. Here is the recipe !

48 ml hydrolat menthe poivré (astringent)
48 hydrosol ml blackcurrant (bracing)
1 c mocha d'Aloes gel (healing)
1/2 cc baking soda (natural deodorant)
120 drops of Solubol
10 gouttes he palmarosa (regulating)
10 gouttes he géranium (antifungal)
10 ET drops lavender (antibacterial)
5 ET drops sandalwood (calming)
1 advanced or 0.10 ml of extract CO2 iris (perfume)
0.6 % Ecogard

Difficulty : ––Conservation : 2 month —–Capacity : 100 ml

Mix the hydrosols, aloe gel and baking soda together. In another bowl, mix Solubol, essential oils and CO2 extracts. Pour the mixture in the first second and whisk well until the consistency is milky. Pour into a spray bottle well sterile. For freshness keep your cool deodorant.

Beautiful milk-tea thighs

Summer is coming even though it still feels good in winter. We did exercises for health and also a little in anticipation of this beautiful jersey… so why not a little pampering our thighs ? Voici un petit lait très tonique, lots of good assets and very green !

20 ml macerate with ivy (circulatory)
5 ml macerât De Bellis (firming)
70 ml of green tea decoction (bracing)
5 ml emulsifier MF
0.5 ml emulsifier VE
0.5 ml green tea powder (bracing)
15 gouttes he patchouli (bracing)
12 gouttes he ciste (firming)
10 gouttes he lemongrass (circulation sanguine)
10 drops of aromatic extract of green tea (optional)
0.6 % drops ECOGARD
8 vitamin E drops

Difficulty : —–Conservation : 2 month —–Capacity : 100 ml

Mix the oil with the emulsifier in a bain marie VE. Do the same with the decoction of green tea, the tea powder and emulsifier in a separate container MF. When the oil and emulsifier are melted VE, and that the two phases are at the same temperature, add the aqueous phase (decoction and moved. MF) and whisk well until cool. Add the essential oils, extract, the ECOGARD and vitamin E. Mix everything until the milk is well blended and smooth. Garder ce lait dans un flacon stérilisé, airtight and above it cool.

Masser vos cuisses dans le sens des aiguilles d’une montre en remontant toujours vers le cœur. L’odeur du lait est très frais et doux… personnellement j’adore. Si vous n’aimez pas l’odeur du lemongrass vous pouvez le remplacer par l’huile essentielle de pamplemousse. A picture to come !!

Make-up "precious metals"

J’ai depuis un moment des boitiers vide de fard à paupières. J’avais vraiment envi d’essayer de faire des fards compacts, faciles et surtout précis pour un godet à la fois. Comme j’aime beaucoup les couleurs chaudes je vous propose cette fois ci un petit trio facile et très chaleureux.

Copper rouge :
0.80 ml d’arrow root
0.16 ml mica noisette
0.16 inorganic oxide brown ml
0.32 ml mica or
0.32 ml mica bronze
2 vegetable squalane drops (touch dry)
2 goutte hv du Kalahari melon sesame ou (moisturizer)
1 vitamin E drops (antioxidant)

Blush Bronze :
0.80 ml d’arrow root
0.24 ml mica or
0.16 ml mica bronze
2 vegetable squalane drops (touch dry)
2 goutte hv du Kalahari melon sesame ou (moisturizer)
1 vitamin E drops (antioxidant)

Fard Or :
0.80 ml d’arrow root
0.32 ml mica or
0.08 ml mica brillant
2 vegetable squalane drops (touch dry)
2 goutte hv du Kalahari melon sesame ou (moisturizer)
1 vitamin E drops (antioxidant)

Difficulty : —– Conservation : 3 to 4 month —–Capacity : 6 ml

Recipe for a first blush :
Mélanger l’arrow root et les couleurs ensemble au mortier. Ajouter le squalane, l’huile et la vitamine E successivement en mélangeant au mortier entre chacun des ingrédients. Verser le contenu dans votre boite à maquillage et presser avec un instrument pour bien tasser la poudre. Faite la même procédure pour chacun des trois fards.

Eye cream lilac

Voici un fard très confortable pour vos doux yeux. Il tient plutôt bien et n’est pas collant. Cette couleur peu très bien aller aux yeux bleu comme aux yeux brun. Here is the recipe !

0.80 ml beeswax (film-forming)
0.80 ml cire carnauba (texturant)
0.40 ml vegetable stearic acid (consistency)
2 ml beurre de karité (moisturizer)
0.5 ml lanolin substitute plant (texturant)
0.5 ml vegetable squalane (support held)
1 ml hv du Kalahari melon ou de jojoba (non-greasy oil)
2 gouttes bisabolol (soothing)
3 vitamin E drops (Conservative antioxidant)

The color :
2.40 ml of the zinc oxide d'
0.36 ml of mineral oxide pink
0.16 blue ml of mineral oxide
1 prune mica ml (“desert plum” natural alternative to home)*
0.50 ml of cosmetic gloss white
(I use the measuring spoons from home Aromazone, a very handy tool)

Difficulty : ––Conservation : 5 to 6 month —–Capacity : 5 ml

Melt shea butter, vegetable oil, stearic acid and waxes all (add a few drops of vitamin E to avoid your rancid oil phase). Lorsque le tout est bien fondu incorporer la poudre (your base color) sieve, pour éviter les grumeaux. Laisser refroidir un peu et ajouter le bisabolol et la vitamine E. Verser le tout dans un tube à baume ou un petit pot. Ici je l’ai versé dans une petite boite à maquillage compacte et je l’applique au pinceau ou du bout des doigts.

* If you do not have this mica, made a mixture of white mica, blue and pink for a pretty plum.

Pink lipstick "little fairy"

I made this little pink lip during the Christmas holidays for my little niece. A little treat for your lips little ladies strawberry ! Of course mother can also make for her huh ;-).

2 g of beeswax
10 hv ml of prunes (emollient)
5 ml macerate vanilla (sweetness)
2 g of beurre de karité (moisturizer)
1 cc pin honey (taste of caramel)
15 aromatic extract drops of strawberry
8 drops of aromatic extract nougat
0.50 ml of mineral oxide red
0.15 ml of mineral oxide pink
0.50 brillant mica ml
0.50 ml of gloss pink cosmetics
10 drops of vitamin E

Difficulty : –Conservation : 5 month —–Capacity : 20 ml

Melt the wax, oil and butter together with the drops of vitamin E. When the mixture is melted let stand a few seconds and add honey. Whisk well and quickly add dyes. You can very well use another kind of honey… I like the taste of pine for a little caramelized.
