The cleansing bar reo-rganized

Here is a recipe Reo I present to you because it is just fantastic. A cleansing bar in ! Yes yes it is possible and practical travel vraimentt ! As Lush in fact, but I confess to prefer ample Reo recipe which is much smoother. So here it is… some reo-rganized for my needs.

18 g cocoa butter
8 g beurre de karité
10 g emulsifying wax
10 g beurre de mangue (or other)
4 g hv macadamia
10 gouttes he palmarosa
10 ET drops lavender
3 drops of vitamin E

Difficulty : ––Conservation : 1 month —–Capacity : 50 g

It melts the wax, butters and oil together with the drops of vitamin E. When everything is melted let sit a few. When the mixture is lukewarm add your essential oils and then poured into a silicone mold.
When cleansing I wet a washcloth and I rub it on my bar, I then simply removes makeup. Cela m’évite en même temps d’utiliser des tampons démaquillant qui ne font que polluer 😉

* Note… if you want to use this bar for the eyes… enlevez les huiles essentielles. Vous désirez quand même le parfumer ? Les extraits aromatiques feront largement l’affaire !

L'avocat masqué

Lors des changements de saisons nos cheveux en prennent un coup. La pollution, the smoked, le stress et les changements de températures agressent non seulement notre peau mais nos cheveux aussi. Pour les bichonner un peu et voici une petite recette ultra facile que vous pourrez faire dans le confort de votre maison. Il existe beaucoup de masque à base d’avocat voici une version.

1 ripe avocado
1 honey cs
1/2 teaspoon vegetable glycerin (relaxed and protects against dehydration)
4 ET drops of your choice

Adding more luster to, brightness and volume * :
6 gouttes AHA, fruit acids (brightness)
4 drops rice protein (volume and texture)
1 DC phytokératine powder (humectant)
1 knife edge silk extract powder (shine and softness)

Réduisez votre avocat en purée avec le miel. Ajoutez le reste des ingrédients et appliquez le masque sur toute votre chevelure. Entourez votre tête d’un film plastique et ensuite d’une serviette chaude et laissez poser pendant 10 to 20 minutes. Lavez vous normalement les cheveux.

Who says taking care of yourself should be necessarily expensive ? 😉 Si vous avez les cheveux courts divisé en deux tous les ingrédients !

Mask of the winemaker

Here's an easy to make at home mask made with just a few ingredients. The grapes have anti-aging active, include anti oxidants and fruit acids. While here on a small scale but it remains an interesting treatment that will restore some luster to your skin for fall !

5 grapes medium (exfoliant, moisturizer, antioxidant)
1 cc of violets argile (shine)
1 cc honey (humectant)
2 drops of essential oil for your skin

Difficulty : ––Conservation : not —–Capacity : 20 to 25 ml

Mix the grapes with their skin to a consistency of a little liquid puree. Add your clay, your honey and your essential oil. If the dough is too compact add a little pure water, milk or hydrosol. Apply to your entire face, without forgetting the neck and leave on 5 to 10 minutes. Remove the mask with a washcloth gently massaging your face.

ps : Opt for organic grapes for not a trace of pesticides and chemical fertilizers.

Exfoliating shower bar

Voici une barre hydratante et exfoliante à utiliser dans la douche. Parfaite pour donner un coup de fouet à votre peau et surtout pour déloger les peaux mortes. Très utile aussi sur les jambes pour prévenir les poils incarnés.

1 1/2 cs sel de mer
1 cs dried lavender flowers
20 g of olive oil
15 g cocoa butter
12 g emulsifying wax
30 to 40 ET drops lavender
10 drops vanilla extract
8 vitamin E drops (antioxidant)

Difficulty : ––Conservation : 1 month —–Capacity : 65 g

Melt the cocoa butter, la cire émulsifiante et l’huile au bain marie. Ajouter votre vitamine E à ce mélange il permettra de protéger votre phase huileuse. In another bowl mix the salt, dried flowers, essential oils and aromatic extracts. You can add a drop of olive oil in salt to make it more compact. Transvasez un peu de votre sel mélanger dans votre moule et couler votre phase huileuse par dessus. Laisser reposer un peu et ajouter le reste de votre mélange de sel. Placer le tout recouvert d’un film plastique au réfrigérateur pour un bon refroidissement. pour the contents and allow to cool.

We use these bars in the shower that turns water into milk, a real moment of relaxation while exfoliating !

N’hésitez pas à changer les fleurs et l’huile essentielle. On pourrait en imaginer une version à la rose, Rosemary, Mint, etc..

Cleansing and toning mask while a !

I love bread cleanser from Lush. I had made a version with lavender while ago. Then with the return of the fall I wanted a purifying and toning to give a little pep to my skin in the morning. But not only, I wanted a practical product, hence its usefulness in cleansing or mask. Here is my recipe.

3 cs almond powder (gentle exfoliator)
2 cm vegetable glycerine (mild moisturizer)
2 cs clay depending on your skin type (purifying and toning)*
1/2 cc of cranberry powder or green tea (antioxidant)
1 cs hydrosol cistus (regenerating)
10 ET drops petitgrain (revitalizing)
7 ET drops rosewood (bracing)
1/2 cc bamboo fiber (exfoliant)
0.6% Ecogard (conservative)

Difficulty : ––Conservation : 3 weeks —–Capacity : 90 ml

Mix the ground almonds, clay and powdered cranberries. To this mixture add glycerine and hydrosol. When the whole forms a nice firm dough add your essential oils, Your Conservative and bamboo fiber while kneading the dough well with a spoon. To use it you just take a little nutty and mixing in water, apply on your face and massage gently.

You can use this cleaner for a mask once a week. Take a small knob in your hand, mixed with a little water. Apply the paste on face and let stand about 10 minutes and rinse.

This mask is perfect for all skin types, as mature qu'acnéique ! Keep your bun in a cool well sterilized jar and sealed.

* Here I put purple and green clay… d’où la couleur un peu étrange 😀

After shampoo hydraboucles

Here's one of my favorite hair conditioner… a delight ! L’odeur est celle de l’amande amère et du café au lait. Il hydrate les cheveux assoiffé de façon remarquable. Je me suis largement inspiré d’une recette chez Aromazone car depuis un moment une recette me faisait de l’oeil, Having said that I had the environmental “baumeaucoeurisé” ;). Voici donc ma version.

7,8 g hv macadamia (hydrate sans effet gras)
7,8 g butter Tucumã (protects against dehydration)
7,8 g hv prune
7,8 g btms (disentangling)
46 g of pure water
1 g of foam babassu
2 pinch silk extract (protective film)
20 drops rice protein (strengthening)
0.6 % drops ECOGARD

Difficulty : —– Conservation : 1 month —–Capacity : 100 g

Mix oils, butter and BTMS in a water bath. In another vessel heat the bath water and foam babassu. Lorsque le premier mélange est bien fondu et que les deux phases sont à une température également mélanger les ensemble. Fouettez bien jusqu’à refroidissement. Ajoutez l’extrait de soie, rice protein, the ECOGARD and vitamin E (or ECOGARD). Mix together until the cream is evenly mixed and smooth. Garder cet après shampoing bien au frais.

Use : A appliquer sur la longueur des cheveux après un shampoing doux. Éviter d’en mettre sur vos racines de peur de rendre vos cheveux trop gras. Cet après shampoing est idéal pour tout les cheveux, including curly hair.

Soap and body hair

I made this soap at the beginning of summer, in late June, pour nos vacances en camping et à la plage. Je voulais un savon pratique qui puisse faire corps et cheveux mais aussi avec des propriétés anti moustiques. On sait tous que les moustiques n’aime pas le géranium… cette huile essentielle est aussi très bonne pour les cheveux fragilisé, d’où sont utilité pour des cheveux affecté par le soleil et l’eau de mer. J’ai attendu pour vous le présenter afin d’avoir l’avis de ma famille et le verdict est sans appel… il mousse bien et laisse les cheveux très doux. Here is the recipe !

29 % coconut oil
21 % macadamia huile
19 % olive oil
18 % Baobab oil
13 % beurre de karité

Water and soda to recalculate

The trace :
on sunflower oil lubrication (about 5% I could do more)
Essential oils 4% :
he géranium rosa
he lemon grass
he pamplemousse
he tea tree
Mica pink

INS : just under 158

Difficulty : ––Conservation : several months

Melt the oils together. Add soda water and cool. When both mixtures, water and soda, are room temperature, pour the soda / water in your oil and mix until the appearance of the trace. Then add the rest of your ingredients (essential oil, oil and mica) and pour into your molds. Wait 48 h and unmold your soaps with gloves, If soaps are sticky place in the freezer a few hours before unmolding (thank you to Keskafée this trick). Place in a dry place for a cure 4 weeks.

I bought this mold there 6 mois car j’adore ce film. Je trouve que le titre va bien avec un produit anti moustique . Un fight club pour faire la guerre aux moustiques !

Homemade mosquito repellent body

What's worse is that spreads the body with a mosquito repellent ! Je déteste les odeurs, l’aspect sur la peau et depuis des années on sait que ce n’est guère bon pour la santé. Voici une recette toute simple que vous pourrez adapter à vos besoin et qui par la même occasion sublimera votre peau. Attention au dosage d’huile essentielle surtout si vous désirez en faire pour vos enfants !! Cette recette sachez le est spécialement formuler pour les adultes.

40 ml of sesame oil
10 ml of neem oil neem (mosquito repellent)
10 ET drops lemongrass (mosquito repellent)
20 gouttes he géranium rosa (mosquito repellent)
6 vitamin E drops (antioxidant)

Difficulty : ––Conservation : 4 month —–Capacity : 50 ml

Mélanger tous les ingrédients ensemble et verser dans un flacon teinté. Cet anti moustique peut se mettre partout sur le corps. Attention par contre au visage car nous trouvons ici une concentration d’huile essentielle à 3%… concentration is advocated to 2% face.

Vegetable oil neem neem is a natural mosquito repellent… I here by against the couple with another oil because its odor is similar to the onion… what can frankly be too anti human ;). Sachez qu’avec le mélange ci haut aucune odeur désagréable est présente.
