10 gouttes he eucalyptus (refreshing)
10 gouttes he menthe (calming)
10 ET drops lavender (anti infectious)
5 ET drops of blue spruce (anti inflammatoire)
2 ml hv calophylle inophyle (circulation)
2 tablespoons dried lavender

Mix all ingredients together. Shake your jar. With a little flaky add salt to the water in your footbath, serve you a cup of tea or mulled wine and relax ! Faites suivre de cette petite foam for the feet and you'll be in seventh heaven !

Fresh deodorant for men

With the heat of summer, our men also need special care. Here is a little deodorant fresh and energizing for our gentlemen.

48 ml of peppermint hydrosol
46 ml d'hydrolat the teatree
120 drops of Solubol
10 ET drops blue spruce (anti-infectives)
10 ET drops of sweet orange (calming)
5 he drops lemon (anti-infectives)
5 gouttes he de ciste (astringent)
0.6 % Ecogard

For a vial of 100 ml. Mix Solubol and essential oils, pour into hydrosols and shake vigorously ! Attention as he orange and lemon are photosensitizing, it is important not to go for this deodorant sunbathing.
For a deodorant suit at the beach, replace he orange and lemon, by Corsican clementine he who is not photosensitizing.

1 hv ml wheat germ

7 ET drops of grapefruit (Anti chute)
4 gouttes he de Bay Saint Thomas (Anti chute)
4 ET drops of lavender (Anti infectives)
3 ET drops of blue spruce (tonic)
0.6 % drops ECOGARD
7 drops of vitamin E

For a vial of 100 ml. Mixing clay with a neutral base and add the remaining ingredients. Shake well before each use. Awake and freshness guaranteed ! For a detoxifying effect you can change the white clay for the red.
