Shower Peeling with slivers of flowers

Ahhhhh the spring and summer with its beautiful flowers and fresh fruit !! I do not know you but me that inspires me ! Ici ça m’a inspiré un petit gel douche tout frais, sweet, Women and scrub !! In fact I was patiently waiting at the pharmacy when I saw a beautiful shower gel full of pretty beads and jojoba loofah… ahh miracle I have any at home ! Voici donc ma petite recette toute simple mais qui fait son effet !

135 ml of washing base neutral
1 DC ground loofah (exfoliant)
1 cc of crushed rose petals (gentle exfoliator)
1 cc of jojoba beads, Here red (exfoliant)
15 ml de Gel d'Aloes (moisturizing and healing)
15 drops perfume “Apple Blossom”
8 vitamin E drops
0.6 % drops ECOGARD
2 gouttes CO2 romarin

Difficulty : ––Conservation : 1 month —–Capacity : 150 ml

Mix all ingredients together and pour into a sealed flask and sterile !! Pendant la douche délectez vous d’un moment de douceur… a true getaway in orchards ! En plus le gel est super joli !

Luffa crushed : Cut a few pieces of loofah and pass the coffee grinder… Attention pieces must be small !
Rose blossom crushed : Just ground coffee in a blender !

Shower bath milk "milk honey"

J’avais envi d’une douceur pour la douche et le bain. Quelque chose de gourmand et d’ultra doux pour ma peau un peu fatigué par les changements de température. Je me suis donc fait un lait très doux servant soit à laver ou tout simplement comme additif à l’eau de bain. Et oui j’adore les produits multi tâche 😉

6 cs base lavante
2 cs beurre the Karite (feeding)
2 cs liquid honey (humectant and healing)
1 cs milk powder (sweetness)
10 aromatic extract drops of honey (optional)
5 gouttes fragrance yogourt (optional)
8 drops of vitamin E
9 drops ECOGARD (ou Geogard… conservative)

Difficulty : ––Conservation : 1 month —–Capacity : 150 ml

Melt shea butter gently in a water bath, lorsqu’il est fondu mais toujours légèrement blanc verser le dans la base lavante. Mélanger énergiquement et ajouter le reste des ingrédients. Dans la douche profiter de sa grande douceur, ce gel ne mousse pas mais nettoie en douceur. Si vous souhaitez l’utiliser dans le bain, Pour a little mixture into your bath water. Il laisse la peau vraiment douce ! Une recette très facile mais vraiment agréable à utiliser.

Noted : Si vous trouvez la base trop liquide ajouter un peu de gomme de guar pour l’épaissir.

Exotic shampoo

With the temperature difference, excess over the holidays, the hair tends to take a hit ! Alors voici un shampoing qui donnera un peu de peps à votre belle chevelure !!

90 ml of washing base neutral
1.20 hv ml of ricin
1 ml of silicone plant
2 ml of honey settles
1/2 cc of milk powder
15 gouttes he pamplemousse (Anti chute)
7 gouttes he ylang ylang (tonic)
15 drops aromatic extract of papaya
0.6 % drops ECOGARD
10 vitamin E drops

Difficulty : —–Conservation : 1 month —–Capacity : 100 ml

Mélanger tous les ingrédients et verser le contenu dans une bouteille bien hermétique. Vous pouvez aussi ajouter des poudres de fruits à ce shampoing, mais ce serait dommage de tout perdre dans l’eau de la douche. Je vous conseil donc de privilégier ces poudres pour des masques capillaires. Personnellement j’adore ce shampoing, he leaves hair soft and light !
ps : If this seems a little shampoo liquid add guar gum to the desired texture.

Shampoing anti chute

With winter comes we start heating our homes, mais cela à un effet sur notre chevelure. Les cheveux tombe un peu plus… ils sont stressé les pauvre. Voici donc un petit shampoing facile et pratique !

85 ml of washing base neutral
2 hv ml jojoba ou argan (depending on the type of hair)
3 ml of vegetable glycerine
1 cc of liquid honey (feeding)
15 drops grapefruit ET (stop hair loss)
5 ET drops clementine (calming)
1 mica brilliant tip
0.6 % drops ECOGARD
7 drops of vitamin E

Mix all ingredients together and pour into a sealed flask.

Shower gel "little prince"

Vos petits princes ont eu aussi droit à de petites douceurs dans la douche et le bain !! Le soir ils seront tout heureux de retrouver ces odeurs de bonbons. De plus faire ce petit gel douche sera pour vous un jeu d’enfant !

80 ml of washing base neutral
1 tbsp milk powder
1 cc hv prune
15 drops of cinnamon extract
10 pear drops of extract
2 gouttes d’extrait de caramel
1 tip of golden mica
1 touch of yellow ocher
0.6 % drops ECOGARD
8 drops of vitamin E

Mélanger le tout dans un joli flacon et laisser le petit prince apparaitre comme par magie !

Blue shampoo

Les cheveux blonds clairs parfois jaunissent. Pour éviter cela, on peu ajouter du bleu dans le shampoing. La couleur bleue étant opposée au jaune dans le cercle chromatique, elle a tendance à atténuer cette dernière. Ce shampoing est composé d’ingrédients doux et parfaits pour les cheveux clairs. Rassurez vous, il ne rendra pas vos cheveux verts ; tout est dans l’équilibre des ingrédients.

88 ml of washing base neutral
3 ml glycerine (humectant)
1.5 hv ml of the jojoba (vitality)
1 c moka de miel bio (de votre choix)
10 he drops lemon (anti-bactérien)
10 ET drops of chamomile (apaisant et éclaircissant)
3 gouttes AHA, fruit acid (brightness)
3 gouttes bisabosol (soothing, pour celle qui serait sensible au AHA)
0.30 ml ultramarine violet
0.15 ml ultramarine blue
1 tip of the knife shining mica
1 pointe au couteau de gomme de guar (for texture)
0.6 % drops ECOGARD
7 vitamin E drops

For a vial of 100 ml. Mélanger 50 ml de base lavante neutre avec les deux ultramarines. Lorsque le tout est bien homogène ajouter l’huile végétale, la glycérine et le miel. A ce mélange ajouter la gomme de guar graduellement en fouettant bien, ensuite incorporer le reste des ingrédients et le reste de la base lavante (38 ml).
ps: attention the aha may be allergenic to some, do a test on the elbow before using.

Shampoo érablissime

Avant de vous parler de mes découvertes lors de mon voyage au Québec, voici un shampoing aux effluves québécoises, parfait pour les beaux cheveux bruns foncé ! L’érable à beaucoup de particularité similaire au miel, voir encore plus d’actif et a le plus de ne pas être éclaircissant. Une vraie douceur sucrée !

85 ml de savon noir liquide (ou base lavante neutre)
5 ml of vegetable glycerine
3 ml of macerate Monoi
10 ml de sirop d’érable bio (antioxidant, trace elements, humectant etc..)
1.20 ml of phytokératine (force et vigeur)
15 gouttes he ylang ylang (regenerate)
10 gouttes d’extrait aromatique d’érable (pour les plus gourmand)
pointe de couteau de gomme de guar (agent épaississant, optional)
0.6 % drops ECOGARD
7 drops of vitamin E

For a vial of 100 ml. Mélanger les ingrédients au savon noir dans un bol, ajouter ensuite la gomme de guare et bien fouetter au mousseur émulsionneur. Shake well before each use.

Milky lavender shower gel

A little sweetness in the shower to cool !

100 ml of washing base neutral
1 tbsp milk powder
20 he drops of washing fine
4 ml of the macerat Vanilla
15 drops of vanilla extract
10 drops of extract of white chocolate or honey (optional)
0.6 % drops ECOGARD
8 vitamin E drops

Mix everything in a pretty bottle and go in Provence for a few moments at the time of the shower !

Shower Gel Sweet and Sour

Here's a little shower gel very greedy ! It moisturizes and softens your skin while gently.

100 ml of washing base neutral
8 ET drops of bitter almond (analgesic muscle)
8 drops grapefruit ET (tonic)
6 I gouttes palmarosa (Anti infectives)
8 drops of tonka bean absolute
3 ml hv de framboise (healing and anti-inflammatory)
5 drops of beet juice
0.6 % drops ECOGARD
8 drops of vitamin E

Mix everything in a pretty bottle and treat yourself to a delicious sweet time to time in the shower !

Tonic shampoo to clay

Here's a little shampoo and tonic for our gentlemen for us too, yes were worth it too !

86 ml of washing base neutral
1 cs white clay powder (Purifying)
1 tbsp milk powder
1 ml of silicone plant
1 ml of vegetable glycerine
1 hv ml wheat germ
1 ml of extract silk powder
1 ml of phytokératine
7 ET drops of grapefruit (Anti chute)
4 gouttes he de Bay Saint Thomas (Anti chute)
4 ET drops of lavender (Anti infectives)
3 ET drops of blue spruce (tonic)
0.6 % drops ECOGARD
7 drops of vitamin E

For a vial of 100 ml. Mixing clay with a neutral base and add the remaining ingredients. Shake well before each use. Awake and freshness guaranteed ! For a detoxifying effect you can change the white clay for the red.
