Cranberry Chicken

On my second pass 100% mag il y a quelques mois je présentais une recette de poulet. Je n’avais pas eu encore l’occasion de la partager. Alors la voici !

2 chicken breasts
1 c. Coffee (5 ml) olive oil
1 small onion
1 c. Coffee rosemary
1/2 tax (125 ml) cranberry juice
1 c. teaspoon balsamic or raspberry
2 to 3 c. Soup ( 30 to 45 ml) maple syrup
1 tax (250 ml) soaked cranberries and white wine *

Method :

In a skillet, Heat over medium heat half the oil, then brown the chicken pieces about 3 minutes per side. Book.

Add the remaining oil and blanch the small onion.
Stir in cranberry juice, balsamic vinegar (or raspberries) and rosemary.

Return chicken to skillet. Add dried cranberries, le sirop d’érable et réduire le feu à moyen doux couvert. Laisser mijoter environ 8 minutes until the thickened.

Serve chicken with sauce and enjoy.

* Just cover them with sweet white wine and leave it on overnight.
