Pina colada cream gently

A touch of exoticism in the winter with a cream flavored with my favorite cocktail !
60 ml of orange blossom hydrosol
15 HV ml coconut
15 ml of the macerat Vanilla
3 MF g emulsifier
2 VE g emulsifier
10 drops of extract coconut
10 drops of pineapple extract
1 the knife edge of white mica
0.6 % drops ECOGARD
4 drops of vitamin E
Mix the oil with the emulsifier VE bath. Hydrosol and put in another emulsifier MF bain marie. When the oil and the emulsifier are melted VE adding the aqueous phase (hydrosol and moved. MF) whisk until cool. Add extracts, the mica, the ECOGARD and vitamin E. Mix everything together until the cream is well blended and smooth.

Je n’utilise pas les émulsifiant MF et VE. Tu en penses quoi? C’est mieux que cire émulsifiante + cire de mimosa pour toi?

Bien je trouve la texture vraiment onctueuse et épaisse. L’émulsifiant MF est bien si tu veux faire une crème ou il y a plus d’eau… ça gélifie un peu l’eau. Je pense que la polawax est sans doute plus facile… mais bon après faut essayer pour voir ;-). En même temps que garde ma crème au réfrigérateur donc elle est bien compact.
