Here is a small simple recipe for shampoo making its own without much hassle and with raw materials readily available !

510 ml of hot water ( decoction)
75 g of grated soap, Aleppo here (or 55 g Marseille, castille)*
3 cs of dried flowers
3 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (Purifying)
or lemon juice (light hair)
1 tablespoons oatmeal (sweetness)
1 cc of olive oil (moisturizer) or 1 cc the beurre de karite (moisturizer)
1 tablespoon aloe gel (soothing)
2 Vitamin E capsules
Conservative choice (I use the ECOGARD)
80 drops essential oil of your choice

Possible and optional additions :
1 DC phytokératine (force and effect)
1 teaspoon ground ginger (tonic)
1 cs foam babassu (foamability, less if you have oily hair)
1 cc of liquid honey (humectant)

herbes avoine savonmarseille

Difficulty : star greystar3 greystar3 greystar3 ––Conservation : 2 weeks —–Capacity : 500 ml

Make a decoction with your plants, either boil for 15 minutes l’eau et les plantes. Lorsque l’eau et les plantes bouillent depuis environ 12 minutes already, ajouter l’avoine et laisser frémir. Attention de bien remuer car le mélange peu monter vite. Filtrer le tout et remettre dans la casserole. You must have 500 ml of liquid.

Add vinegar or lemon, votre savon râpé et remettre sur le feu jusqu’à ce que le savon soit complètement fondu. Si vous utiliser du beurre de karité ajouter le en même temps que le savon. Votre préparation est maintenant prête, pour in a vial glass filter in re.

Add your olive oil (if you do not use shea butter), your aloe gel, your essential oils, la vitamine E et votre conservateur. Si vous utiliser de l’extrait de pépins de pamplemousse vous devez en mettre environ 4 ml or about 80 drops.

And now you have your shampoo, il peut aussi être utilisé comme base pour des gels douche. Si vous trouver la base trop liquide ajouter un gélifiant, Aguar Aguar as xanthan gum or which is in organic stores.
Mix well before each use and keep cool !
*Use less soap if you make the recipe with soap, as it hardens the washing base.

Here are some suggestions of essential oils to your shampoo

dark hair : sage, thyme, rosemary
greasy hair : lavender, lemon, palmarosa
dandruff : mint, rosewood, cedar
hair loss : grapefruit, sage, bay St-Thomas, ylang ylang

With Epp are you obliged to keep cool ? and if you have an idea of the retention time ? Bizzzz

  2. Mariejoe says:

Although I think it is best to keep cool but otherwise I indicated storage time… about two weeks but otherwise cool in the open air it varies I can not say. Everything depends on the location, wet, not damp etc..

More conservation will be longer depending on the choice of essential oils, because some conservation brings more to the product.

Well me I adopted this recipe not. inventeuse the recipe can you please help m

  14. Mariejoe says:

Hello Florine… I'm sorry that your experience was not what you expected. I have never sticky or greasy hair with this recipe. But you really follow the recipe to the letter and so the result will change depending on the soap you use. Moreover, although I mention the amount of 75 g (Aleppo) for 510 ml of hot water and 55g if it is a fatter as soap marseille. 😉

Hello I wanted to make a homemade shampoo for oily hair cheap and easy to do. Thanks mariejoe. Can I put the link of your blog on my site?
    See you soon

    • Mariejoe says:

Hello… yes yes no problem. By cons, if you have oily hair do not put the oil phase in the shampoo… you do not have necessary.

  16. lili says:

    Hello,
as Florine, I ended up with sticky hair and guy…
But I followed the recipe to the letter… I put 50g soap marseille, may be that the recipe only works with Aleppo soap?
I have also obtained that 250 ml of product instead of 500 ml…
Tant pis, je vais utiliser le reste comme gel douche 🙁
Do you have other recipes or preparation tips pr?

    • Mariejoe says:

If you have obtained that 250 ml is that you do not do well unfortunately your dosage. I say to 510 ml of hot water decoction already. You put 1 teaspoon olive oil OR 1 teaspoon of shea butter. Frankly I do not know what you do to achieve these results ^ ^… if you have the normal to oily hair type, put less foam babassu.

Here… I know there not sure what to tell you. This recipe is really for troubleshooting. The ideal shampoos are made with surfactants… this one is perfect for my hair : Volumizing shampoo to the protein rice

I added details… I hope it will be clearer :s

Hi, I followed the recipe to the letter, except… a small thing, it was soap marseille but it surprise me that either castile. Is that it must be absolutely sure that? I thought all the Marseilles soap was similar. Mine CEST cat wrote it and it comes in a package with several interior know, purchased in pharmacies. By cons, I've never had a shower gel for my skin as good as this one, I would do this recipe for ca, this is my best soap. Do you have a third easy recipe for hair? I definitely want to avoid those purchased in pharmacies, and be able to do, I always research the ideal shampoo Thank you

  18. cat says:

This is outrageous imitation! And I thought I was putting on my body's natural. I'm still searching, I think I have ever seen, but I have to browse. Thank you, I'm not desperate and I'll try again.

  19. cat says:

So there, I think you'll be extremely happy. And I want to, express my love for Mary Joe has shared with us this recipe. I am inspired by you, and this is what I did: Take note that I put the same evening doses. Then, soap with olive oil, 2 tablespoon of vinegar, c.s and lemon juice. I replaced the last ml (10 ml) by rose water at the end, when the mixture cools, in addition to honey. in plants: rosemary, lavender, Lemon oil, 3 tablespoon or a little more rasshoul (green clay surely gives the same), 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda, ginger, oat, aloe, a small amount of royal jelly, is certainly no problem to add your foaming agent, I have not forgotten the agar, and oil: 1/2 teaspoon of cumin oil, vitamin E, I even put zinc, chamomile. Result? Sexy Hair. Note that I have blond hair and normal (pas gras or sec). I guarantee you that it is better than the shampoo Trade. There are healthy, hydrated with a little volume and sing my scalp! I could not put too much oil, because with blonde hair, seems a little oil immediately. And note that I put the hair products that have cleared, glossy, they seem more fair: Chamomile Lemon. J'adopte. Massage your scalp well with the product and wait at least 2 minute with it on the head, I will try now, to take good care of my hair, letting them dry in the open air, be careful with combing, spacing shampoos 1 times 3 days. I even make a body wash too crazy to me based on what you have shown, cares if quelqun, tell me. The only products that I have not put, the shampoo is the dried flowers.
