Feet to breath blown

Depuis que l’été est arrivé on porte nos thongs préférés ! Seulement nos pieds deviennent de plus en plus sèche surtout sur les talons. Voici un beurre très très riche et hydratant pour nos pieds fatigués.

34 g of beurre de karité
6 g de beurre de soja
1 cc hv de germe de blé (soigne les peaux sèches)
1 cc hv de camélia (protectrice et fortifiante)
1 cc de macérât de vanille
1/4 cc de substitut végétale de lanoline (préserve le film hydro-lipidique)
8 ET drops of lavender (cicatrisante et calmante)
4 gouttes he d’ylang ylang (calmante et tonique)
15 drops of vanilla extract
0.6 % drops ECOGARD
4 drops of vitamin E

For a pot of 50 ml. Mélangez tout les ingrédients ensemble au mortier jusqu’à la consistance d’une crème épaisse. Je vous conseil de mettre ce beurre le soir et de dormir avec des chaussettes.

Vitamins and honey milkshake clementine

I want a body lotion, a small cocktail of vitamins, which gives pep.

40 ml of orange blossom hydrosol
25 ml of witch hazel hydrosol
1 cc gel d'aloes
20 hv ml of coton
15 hv ml apricot kernel
2 g wax VE
2 g wax MF
1.5 ml powder acérolat
20 ET drops clementine
20 drops of honey extract
0.6 % drops ECOGARD
5 drops of vitamin E
1 edge knife with red ocher (to give a little orange tint)

For a vial pump 150 ml approximately. Mix the oil with the emulsifier in a bain marie VE. Put hydrosols and emulsifier in another MF bain marie. When the oil and emulsifier are melted VE add the aqueous phase (hydrosol and moved. MF) and whisk well until cool. Add essential oil, extract, ocher, the ECOGARD and vitamin E. Mix everything until the milk is well blended and smooth.
Note the essential oils are not recommended for pregnant women.

Coconut cream exfoliant gel

Sometimes time is short and there is no good time for a cleaning, exfoliation and hydration. Here is a shower cream gel, combining these steps !

60 ml of washing base neutral
20 ml of orange blossom hydrosol
20 vanilla ml of macerate
10 ml
macerate Monoi (that of Melvita)
1 cc guar gum (to thicken the mixture)
4 coconut pulpe cc (exfoliant)
20 drops of extract coconut
1/4 cc mica doré
0.6 % drops ECOGARD
5 drops of vitamin E

Mix the washing base, oils and hydrosol. When you get the consistency of a milk, add guar gum, whisking vigorously. Stir in remaining ingredients without preservatives forget.

A real treat in the shower, that will leave your skin silky soft with a delicate scent of coconut.

Monoi cream chocolate

I made this recipe for a chocolate loving friend. It is divine, Monoi and the smell of chocolate remains on the skin… delicious ! With mica, skin glows softly in the sun.

30 ml of orange blossom hydrosol
30 ml d'hydrolat the vervain odorant
2 cc of aloe vera gel
15 macerate ml Monoi
(that of Melvita)
15 hv ml apricot kernel
1/2 cc cocoa butter
3 g
VE emulsifier
4 g
emulsifier MF
15 drops of extract of white chocolate
1 blanc brillant mica cc
0.6 % drops ECOGARD
4 drops of vitamin E



For a pot of 100 ml. Mix the butter with the oil and emulsifier VE bath. Hydrosols and put in another emulsifier MF bain marie. When the oil and emulsifier are melted VE add the aqueous phase (hydrosol and moved. MF) and whisk well until cool. Add the extracts, the mica, the Ecpgard and vitamin E. Mix together until the cream is evenly mixed and smooth.
