Mask "crazy hair days"

Here is another recipe that adds to the range “crazy hair days”. This time a mask to make hair in the shower.

30 ml of macerate Monoi
10 ml hv camellia
4 g of beurre de karité
7 emulsifying wax g
15 ml of lime hydrosol
10 ml of orange blossom hydrosol
10 ml de Gel d'aloès cause
1 cc glycerin
1 cc of soybean lectin
4 g de phythokératine
10 ET drops clementine
10 gouttes he d’ylang ylang
10 drops vanilla extract aromatic
10 drops of aromatic extract coconut
0.6 % drops ECOGARD
6 drops of green tea extract or 9 drops of vitamin E

For a pot of 100 ml. Mix the butter and oil with the emulsifier in a bain marie. Put hydrosols and aloe gel into another container. When the oil and emulsifier are melted add the aqueous phase (hydrolat et gel aloes) and whisk well until cool. Add the phytokératine, the gycérine, soybean lectin, extracts,the ECOGARD and green tea extract (or vitamin E). Mix together until the cream is evenly mixed and smooth.

Leave the mask, in the shower, rest 3 minutes and wash your hair with a moisturizing shampoo. If your hair is very very dry, you can use it as hair conditioner, but beware, do not put too much because the effect might be too fat.

Shampoing "crazy hair days"

Après la confection du sérum “crazy hair days”, voici le shampoing hydratant ! Un petit plus après une journée à la plage ou à la piscine !

85 ml de base lavante
4 ml of macerate Monoi
2 ml glycerine
2 ml de silicone végétal
2 ml cc de phytokératine
10 gouttes he ylang ylang
5 gouttes clémentine
10 drops of aromatic extract coconut
1/4 or mica cc
0.6 % drops ECOGARD
7 drops of vitamin E

For a vial of 100 ml. Mix ingredients in the neutral base. Shake well before each use.

Sérum "crazy hair days"

Oh you'll see what I mean by “crazy hair” this summer after a good swim !! Chlorine, salt, wind and humidity will do what they want your mane ! With this small serum you will resume possession of your beautiful hair !

12 ml of hydrosol chamomile or sage
13 ml of lime hydrosol
10 ml de Gel d'aloès cause
2 ml glycerine
8 ml
macerate Monoi (that of Melvita)
5 ml of apple cider vinegar
5 ET drops clementine
2 gouttes he d’ylang ylang
10 drops of vanilla extract
0.6 % drops ECOGARD
1 drop of green tea extract

Mix all ingredients in a mini whisk and pour into a small vial. The evening, after a long day out, applying this serum to your hair and the next day wash your hair with a moisturizing shampoo.

Tonic shampoo to clay

Here's a little shampoo and tonic for our gentlemen for us too, yes were worth it too !

86 ml of washing base neutral
1 cs white clay powder (Purifying)
1 tbsp milk powder
1 ml of silicone plant
1 ml of vegetable glycerine
1 hv ml wheat germ
1 ml of extract silk powder
1 ml of phytokératine
7 ET drops of grapefruit (Anti chute)
4 gouttes he de Bay Saint Thomas (Anti chute)
4 ET drops of lavender (Anti infectives)
3 ET drops of blue spruce (tonic)
0.6 % drops ECOGARD
7 drops of vitamin E



For a vial of 100 ml. Mixing clay with a neutral base and add the remaining ingredients. Shake well before each use. Awake and freshness guaranteed ! For a detoxifying effect you can change the white clay for the red.

Concrete clementine and jasmine

Your boss bothering you ? Work stresses you ? A touch of the concrete and you will find yourself in a garden, flowery jasmine and clementine !

15 hv ml of the jojoba
4 g of beurre de karité
4 g of vegetable emulsifier
1 cc glycerin
10 ET drops clementine
10 drops of jasmine absolute
1 very small tip of a knife with red ocher

Mix oil, butter and emulsifier in a bain marie. Remove the mixture when the whole is melted, let cool slightly, whisking. Add the essential oils and ocher.
ps : A concrete is a fragrance in the form of a balm, there is no lip !

Sophie Macheteau has some practical recipes like this one ! And I love it very handy in your handbag !
Note the essential oils are not recommended for pregnant women.

Foam and refreshing deodorant for feet

L’été est à nos portes et je ne peux m’empêcher de regarder mes pauvres petits pieds maltraités par l’hiver !
Voici une petite douceur pour vos pieds fatigués !

60 ml of peppermint hydrosol (Tonifiant et rafraîchissant)
15 ml de Gel d'Aloes
5 ml hv Melon du kalahari (hydratant effet non gras)
10 ml hv Calophylle Inophyle (circulation sanguine)

0.5 ml de poudre d’alun (deodorant)
0.4 ml d’arrow root
0.4 ml de glycerine
0.5 ml guar gum
3 gouttes he eucalyptus radié
3 gouttes he tea tree
5 gouttes he de menthe verte
0.6 % drops ECOGARD
4 drops of vitamin E


Mix the hydrosol, le gel d’aloès, les huiles et la glycerine. Ajouter progressivement la gomme de guar, l’arrow root et la poudre d’alun. Fouettez bien au mousseur émulsionneur en ajoutant les huiles essentielles, the ECOGARD and vitamin E. For a good conservation, gardez cette mousse au réfrigérateur, elle en sera que plus rafraichissante !
